Sports and BBQ
The local scouts and guides organised a sports day event at the new sports facilities in the nearby village of Heath and Reach which was intended as some think for everyone with a B.B.Q. to provide food for any who required it.
The girls soon got involved in cricket! whilst the boys tried rounder's.
The adults preferred the food and drink provided by the local pub and the Scout leaders.
This was a great time to socialise and begin to plan for future events.
